      Overall a good company, though more focused on operations outside the US (as the largest operations are outside the US)

      Pros

      Pay is good, especially for Utah. Benefits are on par with similar organizations. Increasing opportunities for training and learning. Conservative company, but not antiquated (e.g. environmental concerns are taken seriously; everything from groundwater to global warming)

      Cons

      Everyone has their own way of doing things. Complete vertical integration, but communication up and downstream are not handled well.
