Cons

Mid-level managers are inept and have been placed in their position, no job specific training at all, ran on tribal knowledge at the mid-level.

Pay is very good. On-site gym. They have an extreme effort to promote safety which often hinders productivity.

Cons

Archaic systems. Promotions to management or positions within company are not reflective of an individual's skills or knowledge. Often chaotic and knee-jerk management style. No employee training or skill development. Too much communication.
