Lots of promise but disappointing on the delivery

Pros

Employee benefits are amazing - 16 weeks paid maternity leave in addition to the gov't scheme, subsidised private health, very generous annual training budget and possibility of jobs worldwide.

Cons

Very conservative culture with lots of red tape and a seemingly anti-innovation sentiment that contradicts the advertised company values. It's very rare to be promoted internally, most employees that are have left and come back a few years later in higher positions.
