If you're starting from the bottom, driven and hard working with the thought that it will take you places, it won't. Expect to be taken advantage of without an awesome bonus that all the lazy people around you get to enjoy. The only thing that is rewarded is time; all that matters is how long you have been with the company, not what you contribute. So stop caring, sit back, and let yourself waste away and you'll do great!
