Pros

Great systems in place for employees, good culture, good pay as well.

Cons

Nothing unexpected for such a large company, my boss was both wonderful in that if I spoke to him more than twice a year it was a lot, but the resulting lack of direction wasn't great for career progression in my department at least.

Pros

Onsite training allows for personal growth within the company. Good safety policies that are enforced in order to help save lives. Good union that supports its members. Clean work environment. Quality co-workers.

Cons

Dissemination of information is lacking. Not a lot of vacation until you have been with the company for almost 10 years. Typical adjustments of being a smaller entity within a larger corporation that is trying to reduce.
