Pros

Great Pay, Great Location. People are generally nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Lots of red tape because of upper management and corporate structure. A lot of he said/she said dynamic...easily changed when people just take the time to pick up the phone and talk to other departments!

Pros

Good salary Long term workers are friendly and helpful Lots of challenging work

Cons

No support from direct supervision No career progression for long term employees. Management gives opportunities to a select few. A lot of jobs in middle management are not advertised internally. Management seems to have a hidden agenda and doesn't communicate things well.

Pros

Decent pay for the work that we are required to do, and some advancement potential, but not a lot. But would like to be challenged.

Cons

Not so good place if you are not with the "in crowd" as there is a lot of favoritism that goes on here unfortunately. No recognition ever unless you have an incident then you're on everyone's radar.
