Toxic culture undermines any benefits offered

Pros

Some benefits, but keep going down

Cons

Culture is very toxic, HR supports management decisions even if it's obviously wrong, every one is worried of losing their jobs every single day which promotes the culture of pretending to do work just to show off without any real value. Bullying and harrassing quite and polite workers is the common theme, while talking always about "respect for everyone" but in real life it's just talk.

Pros

Benefits package is positive. Great 401k match, and insurance with likely yearly bonus

Cons

Management in the Information Technology space is lack luster. No follow through and Extensive delays lead to upward mobility being stagnant and directly ignoring the companies values.
