Pros

They provide Attractive benefits and compensation

Cons

Work scope is very limited. Work here has no value in outside market so they retain people with benefits but if you stay here for long you will loose value in outside market

Pros

Probably the best company I have worked for

Cons

They are trying hard to change the culture, but as long as the wrong behaviours keep getting rewarded (i.e. promoting people that say the right thing, but deliver very little), it's probably not going to make a difference.

Pros

Good people to work with, good office. Work-life balance based on the role and the location of the peers. Good money compared to the market average.

Cons

Bad leadership. They just don`t care at all. HR also don't care, so nobody cares. Values look good outside, but lie inside.
