Pros

With some great and helpful staff, the company have some good benefits such as discount hotels, holidays, health insurance coverage (pays up to 80%)

Cons

It is a very annoying purple-circle culture. If you want to grow, you have to be part of the right circle, brown-nosing culture. Majority of employees don't have any social life (given the location of the work), so they create drama at work, and abuse of power by senior leaders, 99% of the talks are just face value. In reality, senior leadership does not care about anyone
