Pros

Medical benefits can’t be beat. Pay is decent

Cons

Management rotates often so is pretty clueless about how any part of the operation works and most lots of equipment is outdated and not as safe as it could be

Pros

Roster Benefits Decent pay Safe work environment.

Cons

Chases diversity KPIs at the expense of more experienced workers. Not a good place for careers. Housing is average, though this depends on the town. Employee benefits much less useful for those living outside a city.
