      Work is plentiful and there is lots of opportunity to improve the business. People are generally helpful and willing to try things

      Cons

      It's incredible to see how inefficient such a big company can be. There are shadow teams all over the business working on similar things, but not aligned. There is no real plan or prioritisation process. The place is run by gut feel, and boys club negotiations.
