Pros

Medical insurance Share matching & working with other advisors

Cons

High turnover clique like environment where only yes-people get promoted. Many HRA promoted are sycophants lacking the necessary skills & knowledge, elevated solely to maintain appearances. HRA performance is evaluated by TLs, & it often boils down to personal favoritism. HRA review should be weighted 50% TL & 50% the leader of team you are advising this removed bias HRA who provide poor support & advice are promoted based on their TLs review'. HRA’s, that are hardworking, have people at their heart, are bullied and pushed aside, as the focus in HR is on maintaining appearances
