Work management process is fantastic, excellent development opportunities, variety of training, kind and caring leadership team. Company has excellent values and focus on them.. Employee benefits are excellent and the best I’ve seen

Roster was the only issue I had which was fifo 4day on 3 off 5 days on 2 off.. as a fifo roster I found myself balancing my work life balance difficult. Was extremely tired all the time.. and constantly on an airplane..

You are treated like a child and chain to your desk like a slave. Too bad if you need to use the rest rooms hope you brought a nappy. You are also trapped now as a controller forever.
