      Some nice folks working at Rio and some not so nice

      Cons

      Leadership is basically in Brisbane having gottten rid of any people centric leaders in Perth directs Perth office and the bad leaders mimic the leadership style , too much focus on managing up and also Diversity targets ...I'd avoid and work for another miner TBH
