Pros

The only good thing are the people working at the ground level and getting a redundancy payout if your lucky!

Cons

It was a great place to learn and develop, now you will only be blamed for the shortcomings of leaders who pretend to care, place unrealistic expectations and expect you to be happy when they push all the blame on to you while claiming credit for your hard work. They claim to want to know the issues with systems and processes then quickly make you out to be the scape goat for everything that happens after you’ve warned them of the existing failures.
