      Good benefits. Some genuine people/leaders (depends on team).

      Cons

      Politics takes precedence over everything else including performance. Management can be brutal when it comes to firing (not the most humane way of letting someone go). How happy you are depends on who your team lead is. Senior management is aloof and seems to be out of touch with the ground.
