- Nice people and working environment - Offer flexible working hour - WFH once per week - Good packages and benefits - Promote different company activities

Cons

- Lack coordination on projects - Complex organisation structure - No alignment between departments and Maisons - Decision are drive by HQ without considering regional feedback - Too many platforms and systems being develop and roll out too quickly which users become confused

Lovely people, interesting work & products, longevity possible.

Cons

Salary transparency not good. Not the best salaries, takes ages to earn good money. Internal development of individuals not as good as it goes could be. Flexible working possible to some degree, but hybrid/remote working not welcome by management.
