Pros

+ Nice discounts on watches + Stress level is really low + Money is ok

Cons

- We want to work and produce nice results, but it's impossible due to political fights - The HR team is fully useless and lost - The top management is erratic and is always afraid of commitment - The new office in Meyrin is really crappy - I feel like my time is being wasted away for nothing

Pros

Too many to share in one review. Here are a few that are noteworthy - - Benefits - Growth - Teamwork - Compassionate people - Strong support network - Invested brand partners

Cons

Depends how you view the world around you. If you look for challenging situations you will find them no matter the company you work for. The difference at Richemont is that people care. If there is a problem there is always someone who will work to find a resolution.

Pros

Great vacation and benefits package. Depending on the department, scheduling can be very flexible for appointments, etc. Availability to make up missed time.

Cons

Incompetent management, and poor planning. The company gave us the day off for July 4 since we were closed for the holiday, however they decided to close the facility on July 5, but everyone was required to use a vacation day. Now there is talk of overtime needed and possible mandatory overtime on Saturdays to make up for the lost production. What was the point of closing Friday then???
