Beautiful brands and products, great co-workers and good conditions (package, benefits), great work environment

Cons

Cons of any big group, bureaucracy, unnecessary complexity. Workload is super high, values are not always reflected in reality.

Cons

There is nobody accountable within the company. Nobody has real responsibility or power over anything. For each project million stakeholders need to be involved and everybody wants to intervene to justify their own jobs which, in at least 50% of the time, are absolutely useless but get motivated by the added complexity they bring
