Pros

Richemont is a group that, when you put the effort in, allows you to greatly develop yourself in an international landscape of luxury. There are incredible people working for this company who offer so much passion and knowledge that it's an amazing atmosphere to work at.

Cons

There is a huge amount of red tape which sometimes immobilizes innovation or progress. Structures are hierarchical and flow through different geographic territories as well as entities. Richemont vs the respective brands.
