Pros

Great internal mobility opportunities! An engaging luxury group that really cares for their employees. Everyone I have met so far seems passionate & commited

Cons

As it is such a large and diverse group - sometimes its a struggle to intergrate different departments and collaborate on projects more widely.

Pros

Allowed to participate to upskilling extra projects, that might include travels and collaborations with colleagues from other countries. The role was exactly as described at interview stage. Open minded not micromanaging manager. Very competent colleagues to learn from. Amazing maisons to work with, this makes you proud to work there. Good benefit package and good salaries. Stakeholders challenging enough to keep you engaged with your role. Green employer, not allowing plastic bottles nor cups.

Cons

Communication between teams in the same building could be better.
