- lack of empowerment, all major services are routed through Switzerland all we can basically do are password resets and build new laptops
- unrealistic expectations from higher up
- not everyone pulls their weight

- rude staff from all over the company, we aren’t supported by our peers
- we are threatened with not being paid if we are sick
- forced to do overtime as it’s frowned upon if we don’t want to (pre covid)
- no team spirit, everyone just out for themselves
- average staff turn over is 3 months, no one stays because of his awful it is
- HR aren’t very good
- messy office
- no organisation of stock room
- mice in the office
- escalation process doesn’t work, when we aren’t able to get our heads around something we often aren’t helped in resolving the issue
