Pros

The benefits (vacation, sick and personal time, insurance) are fantastic.

Cons

The center is open until 9pm M-F and Saturday 9-530, there isn't a need for these hours especially when multiple people are working. It seems to be a waste of resources. There is a training manager but most people are lacking training even after repeatedly asking for it.

Pros

The nature of the business is such that job security is rather good.

Cons

Is quite a political workplace, leave allowance is quite paltry, terrible progression and openess to innovation

Pros

Experience and exposure nothing else.

Cons

Various departments unable to synergize and lots of lifers with incorrigible attitude towards change. Career progression not based on merit but rather strategic association. No follow through on vision statement and run by autocratic control. Long working hours are mandatory with no work life balance.
