A big and structured world with a lot of different realities: you have the possibility to change role and have different experiences through the Maisons and the departments, reaching a wide overview of the luxury industry. You can feel the Beauty of the products and the Heritage day by day. Young talents grow fast thanks to the dynamism of the Group and the Management support.

Cons

Complex reality hard to understand at first. It seems a very formal environment if you don't know it well.
