Working environment and location of office is great. Staff are all friendly and willing to help each other.

Cons

A staff may have to do multitasking most of the time due to headcount issue or instructed by Mgmt. It can be overwhelming at times.

Cons

- very political - long lasting change process - decisions take long and you need to onboard everyone - Richemont as an Employer not as known as its brands
