Pros

- Good support in your carrer development path and several opporunities to grow (either in a certain career or venturing into new areas). - Very interesting and fast-paced business, with a lot of innovative and state-of-the-art projects/technologies to be involved or to work with - True multinational teams and environment, allowing exposure to a global market and global organization - Company is actively embracing and going through a big transformation phase, bringing secular businesses into the VUCA world - Very competent and skilled global workforce - very interesting colleagues to work with - Flexi-work, good perks and nice offices around the world - Valorization of craftsmanship in the "Digital Era"

Cons

- Lack of good leadership skills in a subset of mid/senior-level management, particularly in some areas of IT. - Sometimes it can still get a bit too political - This is not the place for you if you want a confortable 9 to 5 (golden-cage style) job - Retribution could be faster-paced - You need to be in Switzerland for most uper-management global roles and functions. Little nearshoring of support services.

Great people, many opportunities to grow and for internal mobility (between Maisons and Group), above market benefits

Cons

Pros

There is real and positive change happening at Richemont. While Richemont has been deliberate about not touting the impact it makes, there is deliberate and significant investment with a long term vision for society and our future. With all this change comes real opportunity for career growth and performance.

Cons

With so many brands and high ambitions it does take some work to collaborate but the people are great and are working hard on becoming much more agile.
