Pros

- Fast-paced environment and opportunities to work on very interesting projects in a constantly evolving sector - Overall work environment is very good (access to a gym, delicious restaurant -> the Bellevue site is amazing, discount offered on products) - Quite a lot of work has been done to offer good learning possibilities (e-learning platform, access to Linkedin learnings)

Cons

- A lot of internal processes (proper to all multi like Richemont) which make the progress on projects a bit tiresome - High management is a bit old school, closed to fexible work and are reluctant on offering extensive WFH - Salary / bonus evolution is mediocre compared to competitors
