Salary is actually ok here

Cons

The hierarchical structure is extremely unstable, with different parties working towards different goals. Working here is like playing the russian roulette. You may be on a team that is good but there are some teams which are really a pain to work with... Overall, the mindset of top management is too « french » for my taste.

- Nice people and working environment - Offer flexible working hours - Good packages and benefits - Lots of budgets and resources are allocated into system development and integration providing insightful analysis. - Promote different external activities

Cons

- Lack of coordination on projects - Complex organisation structure with many Maisons - Reporting are fragmented and no alignments between Maisons and HQ - Rapid changes without proper testing and inquiries - Decisions are often drive by HQ without considering regional feedback - Too many platforms and systems are being developed which become confusing, duplicated and made redundant
