- Multifaceted job with a lot of autonomy - Real possibilities to develop skills through varied tasks & (internal & external) training sessions - 13th month + many days off (25 days of vacations + "congés rattrapés") + advantageous retirement scheme - Good travelling conditions - Close contact with beautiful products

Cons

- Strong organizational problems due to ill-defined hierarchy & strategy. A lot of energy is lost on the field trying to overcome them.
