      Discount Vacation-if you last that long

      Everything! Very stressful environment especially once Phoenix program started. More workload with less staff. Customers take frustration out on staff. It's all about the bottom line. You are never valued as an employee. You are just a number to them. Demand for med reviews are unreasonable. Demand for enrollment in med programs which are reset constantly which can increase med errors and increase work load on top of daily tasks.

      Pros

      If you are being recruited, they will offer a decent salary (please negotiate!) If you stay long enough, people you don't like will either quit or randomly get fired.

      Cons

      - incompetent VP/CMO leadership in both front-shop and pharmacy - opinions matter more than numbers or industry best practices - constant bullying and infighting - most people are actively looking to get out - horrendous benefits and vacation (and it costs about $2K to buy yourself average family benefits) - presenteeism (the concept of flexible schedules is foreign to leadership) - lack of staff hours for stores, leading to in-store execution and customer service issues

      Pros

      Employee discounts, close to home, some really good people to work with.

      Cons

      ASM more efficient & effective than the SM (a friend of the previous SM). Gone are the days where the customer was our focus. Shareholders bottom line is the only concern. Reduce the overload of HO management $$$ and give to stores to increase staffing.
