- Good company culture - Unionized - System for pay raises & regular additional raises - Nice co-workers - Good vibes - Fun and flexible environment - Good management - Upper management is mostly good

Cons

- I don't always like the unions decisions - Starting salary is generally minimum wage - Occasional sweeping decisions from corporate/upper management that can be out of touch from individual stores, only happened maybe twice in like 4 years.
