      Lack of any decent company culture in Merchandising

      Pros

      The only pros are that it is a retailer and you learn a lot as well as the fact that they are not part of McKesson which means a lot of cash behind them

      Cons

      There is no culture, everyone is there for themselves, there is no loyalty to the company and the turnover is crazy. Even if 5 people complain against their manager, they won't do anything.

      Pros

      The best part of being a manager is the benefits and the employee discounts. Also loved working with the staff. Had some great staff and some of the Managers I had the pleasure working with.

      Cons

      -Long hours with barely any hours for staff & if you want any additional hours you would have to use you vacation time to cover - Regional Directors like to Micro-manage everything - no respect from Pharmacy - Very Stressful
