Pros
Discount is amazing, benefits in certain regions are great too. Great for a part-time job only on the side.
Cons
Zero care for their employees, vacation is horrible (2 weeks paid, come on guys), zero coverage for their full time post office employees, zero quality control when it comes to whom works in the post office, abusive managers exist and are still employed with and without HR stepping in (speaking from experience). Also, this company doesn't handle it's short term disabilities in house. The company that they outsource to will reject you almost immediately without you having to pay for basic information from your doctor.
