      - 30% off with an employee discount - experience with different medical record management systems

      Cons

      - management tends to hire people promising them a certain job title and a completely different role in the company. - harsh demands of management with no help for minimum wage workers; often felt stretched thin and that an extra associate would help - hiring of pharmacy assistant required technician degree but they hired assistants without the degree and the title in the company was associate - paid a minimum wage salary while working as an actual technician

      Pushy in store marketing towards customers Bonus structure changes almost every year Same repetitive Online learning courses year after year Too many people in corporate office not enough on the sales floors No overtime for Pharmacists or Management You can do everything right and meet all targets as an FSM but that does not mean you will be recognized or compensated fairly.
