The only thing I would say against rexall is that it more training could be offered to all employees since they work in a fast paced environment while handling money

Cons

shift work...... hard to have great stability with your own personal life. once you start working for the company you will find it takes up a big part of your life leaving you less time to advance in other areas of life.
