- CEO's and executives have no respect for the employees are themselves. -They give false promises to employees - There is a lot of favouritism - There is a lot of harassment, bullying, and accusations. - Management is not trained - New employees are easily replaced and replaced by family and friends - No growth within company or promotions - Rexall IS NOT a family but a social media head quarter

Pros

Friendly staff and excellent working conditions. Flexible hours which is perfect for a student. Management also tries to pop in the stores and say hi to everyone.

Cons

Only possible thing is that you stand for most of your shift so it can be slightly hard on your back or feet depending on your health.
