Pros

When I have hours, it works great with my family life.

Cons

I would love more hours but since there have been cut backs it prevents the store from keeping all the part-times with hours. So at the moment I just get call ins when someone can't work. Hoping that store gets more hours allotted and I can get those hours again.

Pros

Staff and management are friendly. The hours are fair and the discount is amazing especially on products that are store branded ie Be Better or Nosh and Co. Everyone seems genuinely interested in helping one another it's a great place to work.

Cons

The location I work at is freezing. Apparently head office has implicitly told us we are NOT allowed to close the one door making it so cold even though there are several other entrances due to customers feeling it would be "unwelcoming" well cashiers in winter coats and mittens is also unwelcoming.

Rexall has a great discount, coworkers were great, they also had a generous wage for beauty advisors with a decent raise every 6 months

Cons

They seemed to take advantage of younger workers, management was strict, but other than that it's a good environment to work in
