There is no security camera, can not believe the amount of empty containers we find discarded on the shelves. Have never worked in retail before, never realized the amount of shop lifting. Last week we were only two staff, the other one was watching a suspicious person, saw him put something in his pocket, he told me he didn't like the fact he was being watched, she asked him to leave, he became defensive, called her names, was getting very close to her and confrontational, I paged for security but it was a bluff because we were alone, a customer asked him to leave and he finally did. It was scary, two staff is not enough. When I started there 2 Years ago there was always 3 people, the keep cutting hours and w I don't feel safe. The next day we had a customer that smelled of alcohol, nothing happened, but again, we were only 2 people.

Not a great culture at my store, not a lot of employee morale or incentives. Lacking sense of team.
