Pros

Great coworkers and management, regular customers can make good conversation. Discount, bouns Air miles offers. Felix able hours and shifts.

Cons

Hard to get promotions, and extra hours. Customers can be difficult to deal with. Sales can be confusing at times even for workers.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Rexall because I was able to expand my retail skills to include learning how to do banking, dealing with difficult customers, and was trusted with keys and passwords.

Cons

I was bumped out through the union by someone with more seniority than I had. No job security. Union seems to protect lazy people and not hard workers.
