      hey its a job, not great but close to home

      managers think there above of us all, cant do no wrong ,, but as ive seen in the past two years they quit,get fired or simply get replaced. So i guess it maybe a PRO, see u later idiot!!!

      _ strong salary bands _ great benefits _ reasonable quality of life culture _ growing business for the most part

      _ lack of determination to overtake competition _ limited forward thinking: presence of 'old guard' executive team _ low job security perception as the result of endless acquisition/sale rumors

      Pros

      The discount card is all the company really has going for them. If you're lucky the people you work with may be cool.

      Cons

      Too much work, too little staff. The expectations are ridiculous you do way more than required and there is barely enough hours to go around if working in Mississauga/ Brampton. The expectations of management is quite a bit too.
