Pros
Discount card , health and life insurance. Great challenges for employees to learn . Friendly part time staffs and good busy store environment that would have a day pass by fast.
Cons
Management does not give time to train employee who are willing to learn. They would only hear employee who are the so called “ smart employees” smart in the sense they speak good English . Saying this, Rexall does not take care good employees and hard working ones. They focus people who are on there side. Eats with them and stay inside there offices for very long hours with the group. Very alarming kind of Management.
