What can I say?

Pros

The people are excellent, very friendly, the customers are great too. Employee Advantage program gives you pretty much things at cost.

Cons

The amount of work put onto the individual is outrageous. Required often to work with 2 people on shift at any given time, hour are cut constantly and usually given no reason for. Upper management seems to not care about the individual store needs and it is often months before anyone comes to visit at store level. New programs are not working, ever since they were bought out people are fattening their bottom line so they can get a bonus before the buyout is finalized.

Same as any other retail company...cutting hours all the time to help the bottom line.

Pros

Unionized so there is half decent pay, benefits, guaranteed hours for full time workers

Cons

Cutting hours to artificially increase profits, lack of respect for staff, did I mention lack of staff. Extended hours for no business.
