      Be warned...

      Pros

      If you are being recruited, they will offer a decent salary (please negotiate!) If you stay long enough, people you don't like will either quit or randomly get fired.

      Cons

      - incompetent VP/CMO leadership in both front-shop and pharmacy - opinions matter more than numbers or industry best practices - constant bullying and infighting - most people are actively looking to get out - horrendous benefits and vacation (and it costs about $2K to buy yourself average family benefits) - presenteeism (the concept of flexible schedules is foreign to leadership) - lack of staff hours for stores, leading to in-store execution and customer service issues

      Pros

      Flexible hours, able to book time off and they will work with you if there are specific days you are unable to work.

      Cons

      Very little training, first day I worked I was told how to do everything in the first 30 minutes and then left on the floor by myself. Manager is extremely unprofessional and blows hot and cold. Expected to know how to do everything without actually being shown how. Large staff turnover.

      None to think of.

      Cons

      Everything. Worst experience in a lifetime. No support for hours to run the business. Working minimum 60 hours in a week. Horrible upper management that run their stores like robots from computers and don't look at reality.
