Pros

-I love my Co-workers. -Good benefits and discount

Cons

-Do not care about staff -No Man hours given at all for high volume stores. -Unrealistic expectations given out. Expect you to have them all done. (Requires a 60-80 hours work week when paid for 40). Deep down head office knows this but won't admit. -Was warned about the company before taking the job but gave it a chance. (Poor choice.) -So many more.

Pros

great team, flexible hours, if you work there for a long period of time your pay increases.

Cons

depending on the location, you're unable to get the maximum hours that you request which is frustrating sometimes. Management puts a lot of pressure on staff especially when they need to meet certain requirements from head office or their district management.
