The team I work with are stellar!

Cons

You are kept part time so you can be paid minimum wage and not go over in the hours per week parameters set out by head office. No benefits for part timers. Work 6+ plus with no break! Commonplace. You are expected to take “lunch hour” break while still actively doing customer transactions. You are told “That’s just the way it is”. Totally against Labor laws as your break is STILL taken off your hours daily by the system!
