Pros

employee discount after 3 months, paid coffee breaks.

Cons

Very poor, cheap company. Work here if you don't want to feel valued as an employee. Very inconsistent hours all of the time, not nearly enough hours to complete tasks assigned. The management is very unprofessional and left me alone in the store on most shifts with not being able to do returns, exchanges or price changes. There is no room for growth or moving up when working for this company. They hire way too many part-time associates when there's never enough hours to go around. When working for this company, you will end up going way above and beyond what your actual position inquires. I wasn't offered a raise after working there for 2 years even after I had requested. I was offered a raise after I gave my 2 weeks resignation notice.
