      You get a discount card after 3 months.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. Some weeks I didn't get any hours. I mostly got 4 hours shifts, sometimes 5 or 8 1/2 hour shifts. It's hard to get someone to cover your shift because there weren't a lot of employees working at the store. You get the schedule only one week in advance so it's hard to make plans with your friends the next week. Union fee and initiation fees.

      flexible hours, convenience to move around the various locations, excellent staff

      Cons

      little to no responsibility given to part time employees regardless of how long they had been there/knowledgeable they had become
