Great team spirit. Coworkers are friendly, hardworking, and caring towards patients. Management cares. Excellent e-learning modules aimed at continuing improvement.

Cons

As a pharmacy student over all 4 years of my education and working at Rexall, was paid minimum wage with no raise at all, worse than any other chain pharmacy.
