Decent Pay, Good coworkers (for the most part), and Enjoyed Helping the Customers

Cons

Long hours with no breaks, insufficient support staff, unrealistic expectations from management, not enough feedback and poor communication from management, not enough support from management, time to complete all tasks, abuse from customers, all of which will lead to poor mental and physical health in any normal human being.

Cons

Long term staff are very high and mighty on themselves, raises are none existant. The pharmacy staff believe they run things and are rude and un happy most of the time, expecting others to do their job with the actual clients.
