      Pros

      A chance to meet a varied population of customers and employees. The company gives back to the community, which is great. Benefits, if you can get them, are fairly decent.

      Cons

      Kicked out via the union agreement after 5 years of dedicated service when the company started to downsize. No job security, not even after 5 years. Offered a position in another city that was inaccessible to me, too far too practically commute, as commiseration --- kind of a huge "Eff you" from the upper management.

      My coworkers were very nice.

      Cons

      Management was not flexible. Management regularly tried to call out employees if they called in. Not consistent with part-time hours, but expected you to be able to work anytime they wanted you to.
